What will you receive?

  • Think of me as your supportive friend who provides guidance for your training. And I genuinely mean it—I am here to help you!
  • At the beginning you will fill a Survey sheet (e.g. weight, height, arm girth, maximum push ups etc). This would be the reference point to see later how much you changed for the better.
  • Every two weeks, you will send me an additional survey sheet to showcase your progress.Also, in the same email you can send me one topic you are concerned about about training. We’ll discuss your problems, your drawbacks and stagnation.
  • In my reply I will give you advice, what to do, how to do it custom tailored for you! I will look at your problems at a different perspective.
  • With my extensive training experience and passion for the field, I am confident in my ability to assist you.
  • How many emails are included?
    • Each day, you will send me a brief email summarizing the exercises you completed (e.g., push-ups 4×12, curl-ups 3×20).
      This ensures that you do exercise each day.
    • Once a week, you will send me an email addressing a specific topic related to your challenges (including the survey sheet, if applicable).
      I will respond within one working day, either through a text email or a voice message. I will also provide feedback on your daily exercises.
